Liability Release Form

NOTE: All participants must complete and submit a Liability Release Form. One form per season is sufficient.

I hereby release the Western Fishing League (WFL), the event directors, its founders, members, agents, and the Province of British Columbia from all liabilities during the Western Fishing League Tournaments/Derby, from any damages, injuries, and/or death that I cause or am part of while competing in this event, or any events, any damages, injuries and/or death that I cause or am part of while competing in this event/events are my own to cover during this/these events, and no one else’s responsibility. Upon signing this form below, electronically or in person, and scanned back to the Committee, I agree that all liabilities are my own to cover during this event/events and no one else’s.
